Thanks and I thought you were talking something in the NAM but wasn't sure.I downloaded winzip but I'm reading on it since I'm just a decent computer user some of this doesn't come natural. Plus I don't have a 3 and a quarter floppy to download the patch on. So I guess I'm stuck on this one...

Nam call comes in answered by AA caller dials ext call is transfered to correct ext, after the programed call forward no answer timer exspires the call continues to ring. Now I know theres a patch for this I just dont have access to get it,( not a Nortel dealer) can any one tell me where to find...
should be as easy as when programing the speed dial number just enter the 9 or the 8 or the 7 then the number and hit ok to store it, making sure that the user has access to the dial what ever pool.

If you press feature 9*1 on a 7310 or t7316 it will display the call center codes you just press next and it will scrole thru all the active call center codes and you will see the SS code this will display agentd loged in and how many calls are in the que.
