Does anyone know what would cause a print caller error on my RCC server?

We changed the IP addresses in our office. We reloaded the RCC server and restored the database from the old server. Now when the RCC server boots up the Print Caller says that it is failing cause the location of the logging folder is invalid. Any thoughts?

FYI. This is a call pilot 150 with 3.0 software.

Thanks in advance.

I wish I could help you, as a mater of fact I wish I could help me, I cant even get mine too work I get all the way to the connect screen and all i get is the dialog box with two computer icons shaking hands, also when I go the add agents to skill sets in the RCC theres not any skill sets populating my box so I know I havent connected. if you know any thing about this for me please, please, please shine some light on it for me.

are you installing the application server on the same pc as the RCC? what happens when you run your test on ports and the IP address for the application server portion?

What is the Operation System version?
Found this:

Half way down the post it starts....end up that 2003 not good.

Also did you load the latest patches that may have been installed as well?.

Wish I could help too but I try to stay away from Reporting.
I used to burn report cards on way home.
