Hello All
We are researching the SIP integration between Communication Manager R6 and Avaya Experience Portal. CM would be the first destination for the call and then hand off to AAEP. Since we are using SIP integration between the 2 what are the Vector programming options available to hand the...
Thanks for the information. We are good on licenses for the SCCS and PBX however at this point, the distributor/Nortel has not been able to get the 24 phonesets/ports that are programmed on the IVR, PBX and SCCS to acquire/login/idle. I believe this is the first piece of the puzzle before we can...
We are in progress of adding an IVR MPS 500 to our Symposium 5.0 (no CCT) and PBX Succession 5.0. Calls will first enter our Symposium and then be routed to the IVR. We want to use the Queue to Skillset ivr_sk within the scripting in order to maintain greater call control. What I'm trying to...
Planning to upgrade to CC6 but have an old version of Witness/Blue Pumpkin workforce management software DE 3.3 with Real Time Adherence. Does anyone know if there are any compatibility issues with this configuration? SCCS 5.0 and BP 3.3 currently work fine.
Our DN Out Number Dialed on the Web Client 4.5 Agent Real time display is showing the DFDN of the CDN instead of the actual CDN number. For example, the agent presses his DN Key and dials CDN 2000. The agent real time display fields show: Incalls = Busy, DN Out = Active, DN Out Number = 3000...
Our environment has Symposium 5.0 with Call Pilot 2.02 providing access link messaging. We have shutdown SCCS several times without having to touch the CP and the access link is unaffected. Just wondering if the reverse is true. If Call Pilot is shut down will the Symposium need to be restarted...
Yes, we upgraded the clients with the proper PEPs 12, 15, 18. However, the issue seems to be independent of the actual desktop. It doesn't matter which desktop I use to launch that locked out account, the error is still the same.
Recently upgraded to SCCS 5.0 and started to have issues with desktop users on the "thick" client. Several instances where desktop ids become locked out. I reset the password, re-enable the account but everytime the user tries to log in the error "can not connect to server" appears. However...
Has anyone activated changes within the Master Script while calls are being offered and had the Symposium Server "hang" - thus requiring a reboot? Just wondering what the best practice is for activating changes to the Master Script in Symposium 5.0?
thanks
If you have recently upgraded to SCCS 5.0 you may receive those errors when trying to launch Agent by Application or Agent by Skillset Reports. Change the access class on the desktop user to something else then change the access class back to the original.
