I have a user that is getting an error when he logs into symposium and tries to pull an Agent application report. The error he gets is (Error in database DLL). Can someone help me??

That almost sounds like something in the persons computer and not Symposium. Can anyone else run the same report?

Sounds like not all the current peps for the client are installed --

Can also be the access class assigned to that user possibly not giving them permission to view the data.

If you have recently upgraded to SCCS 5.0 you may receive those errors when trying to launch Agent by Application or Agent by Skillset Reports. Change the access class on the desktop user to something else then change the access class back to the original.

We have recently upgraded to 5.0. This only happens in the classic client and not the web client. I understand changing the access class in the web client but the classic, I am confused.???? Tye.
