    Hi Dimas Thanks for your help We want all phones to ring simultaneously. I've just looked at the call-answer-group facility and this appears to be limited to only 8 extensions. Does the terminated-extension-group allow for more ?

    Hi I thought I’d let you know i've managed to track down the aforementioned CD. Apparently, it used to be distributed as standard with the CMS, but not any longer. It can be purchased separately for the sum of <gulp> 800 uk pounds <gulp>. Thanks for all your help.
