Thanks,
But that will take a while here with 49 servers in 26 cities. Is there a tool within NWAdmin that I'm overlooking or a 3rd party tool to do this a bit more cleanly.
Hello All,
We have a rat here and I've been tasked to find him/her! I've run NLIST to find Admin Equivalent users in the tree, but I'm stumped on how to find users that have the Supervisor and/or Access Control bit turned on explicitly on a volume or directory. We've got 1250 users, so it would...
In NetWare 5.1, can multiple arguments be expressed on the same line of the NLIST utility?
I'd like to find ALL users with Admin rights that have logged in within a certain time frame with one output file instead of several. (And yes, I smell a rat!)

I've found several Novell TIDs and manuals that talk about using AuditCon version 5.0, but I cannot find such a version on the Novell site. We have version 4.35 on our 5.1 servers. Is that the latest one or is there really a version 5.0 out there?
Thanks,

That was a GREAT explanation of how cache works.
Additionally, one might watch their "LRU Sitting Time" (in monitor under Disk Cache Utilization) to get a feel for how well things are going. An LRU sitting time of hours or days (during the busy part of the day) would indicate a Very...
As I write this, I have a NetWare 5.1 server running Netshield 4.50 (scan engine 4.1.40 per NAI's instructions) that has been stuck on the "Netshield is Terminating" screen for the last 4 hours after I pressed F10 to unload it from its console. I have high (76%) utilization on the...
You've probably gotten this fixed by now, but the answer is to increase the limit on "Maximum Cache Receive Buffers" to a higher value (under Communications in the parameters window.) This assumes that you have adequete memory in the box to begin with. If your "cache buffers"...
