Sorry didn't work.... pressing mute key has no effect...no lights... Are you suggesting pressing mute key when at rest? User doesn't want it ringing at all. An off hook causes speaker to still operate. thanks anyway.

Trying to download itunes on laptop with XP Pro 64 service pack 2. Getting error message "requires vista 64 bit installer" I thought I had proper system requirements. Why won't this download? I don't care if I have to use an older version of itunes. Any suggestions? Thanks

Just the MSDL 201 message

When I look for (stat dch) in ld 96 it does not even list DCH 18 which is my dnum 13 in CFN. Does this mean I can disable dch 18 only in ld 48? When I stat MSDL group 0 it lists only MSDL 13. Thanks

Is there any value in Resetting DCH or MSDL (rst MSDL,rst DCH) ? and would that affect service? Thanks
