Exchange Backup how-to
We tend to backup the Information Store and usually the Individual Mailboxes. This is handy just incase someone loses the odd email or two! Also it's nicer to be able to restore contents of a mailbox rather than bringing back the whole Information Store! Agreed though... don't try and backup...- optihost

Editing Selections on a Backup Job
