Boot in Windows Me.
start-run-Msconfig.
get in system configuration utility.
uncheck the all the process excluding system.ini.
and clean up the startup also.
hope it works.

this is Pcexpert here. Well i beleive nobrain is right this is something a problem with the Drive so you have to replace a drive .
