So you are using the Cisco in conjunction with the Nortel? We will only have Cisco and not use the 61 and Symposium. I have been told that we can not have the same capabilities from Cisco that we have with the Nortel products.

I have a user that is saying messages are being left in the voice mail box for an ACD queue that are not showing up for hours. This is not just a matter of the light not coming on but that the message is (supposedly) not there. Has anyone had this problem or know what to do about it? Thanks
