Hey all - i would like to put music on hold on my system where would I plug or wire a cd player up. any help is apprciated.

First you have to have a music route data block.
Second you need a trunk built on a universal trunk card.
Then you can attach the speaker out from your player to the TN you built as the trunk.

I am a new user that got thrown into this project so I am not sure how to do this - Is there anyway that someone can send me the loads to use and steps to do this? I would really appreciate it.

first go to ld 16 create a music route.
second go to ld 14 create a music trunk
third connect your music source to your music trunk
fourth in ld 16 change MUS to YES and MRT to your music route for all your incoming trunks routes.

What kind of trunk do I use "COT WAT FEX TIE DID PAG RAN"? Is this an incoming trunk only and what is the ACOD

On ld 14 same question "COT WAT FEX TIE DID PAG RAN"? what is the SIGL and what CLS

Okay that is done but in LD 14 what do I use for a TN I found an available TN on one of my analog cards but it says that it is not in range

This is what I get in LD 14
