since u have only 8 voice channels on cp and 46 channels on 2 pri's plus a call center plus i would guess over 100 users with vm you do the math ...before u installed it you out grew it

you are prob better off just doing a startup an reprog from scratch ...i have found that the upgrades should have been done in a 2 step sequence just like the newer 7.0 upgrades and you should really go to 4.1 then 6.0...also must upgrade vm first...nam needs to be 4.0 and flash need to be 2.0...

also remember that access backup of voice channel key codes is nam specific...can use to restore only on the nam you backed up from
