Is their a way that I can have the workers in the office look up what numbers has called them on their phones? thats what i have been doing, the only problem with that is that the caller id does not show for who is calling, it says the extension that it is linked to

When the company i work for recieves a call and the caller hangs up on the auto attendant, the phone rings for the secretary and plays the annoying disconnect sound, it does the same thing if someone directs the call to one of the persons that work their, there has to be something that i can do...

is there a way that i can have the auto attendant send a call to multiple phones, ex; press 1 for dispatch, they want it to go to 3 of the phones and not just one

and how do i stop all of the phones from ringing before the auto attendant picks up?

Yes it is plugged into the etr port, the phone is working, its just that the button programming is weird

finally figured it out...thanks for the help, this is the first time for me doing this again...lol...now when i dial 770 it asks me for an extension, and every extension that i type in, it says invalid

it won't let me because when the calling group is set to integrated vmi, it gets rid of all the extensions that are being used.

it won't let me change the integrated vmi, its stuck on 721 and won't switch to anything else, and their is also calling groups in 7920

No matter that programming from the system goes to different buttons on the phone, so i don't think the phones will be usable, button 1 on the system does go to button 1 on the phone, but button 2 goes to 3, button 2 on the system goes to 3 on the phone, button 3 on the system goes to button 6...
