That is what I was looking for usually is says SUBSCRIBER or INFORMATION but it does not. It is only setting it up as a SUBSCRIBER.

I prefer "One Day At A Time" myself. Forget about worrying about the future I have little or no control over the decisions these giants make. I "roll with da punches" it keeps my blood pressure down and I stay out of fear.

Set up and English and Spanish AA platform. I assigned the Alt to Platform 2 but when it plays the prompt that says "One Moment Please" when the call is transferred it says it is Mandarin. How do I change that to Spanish?

I have been able to get it to work on a rls 24. I found it cumbersome to program and the DN's I have programmed to it are no where to be seen. Any suggestions. I am use to the M2000 series.

I am surprised because Nortel has always been pretty logical in it's design. However on the MICS covers the little plastic lock is also easily damaged because it is made out of a soft plastic. I will say that cleaning any Nortel device is pretty easy since the plastic they use gives up most...

Is it me or is it like digging for gold trying to get that small plastic cover off fro the CICS carrier? I use a screw driver but I seem to damage the plastic. Any suggestions?
