Hey guys. I have a legacy blue Nortel system and the pathway to red is immanent. I am moving to AVAYA Aura Communications Manager and need to know. Do I still need to flip flop between both systems to administer phones trunks etc. & will all my SIP 1100 series work elegantly on AACM?

When dialing I have a long delay then it delays again and counts the seconds to 11 then connects the call
Tried lowering delay time in System Telephony
Tried adding short Codes
Tried adding route in ARS...
We are setting up an IVR for a Pharmacy group just wondered if anyone knows or does the Call Manager have the ability to do a Hook Flash Dial to a Hunt Group.
1) Call Comes into IVR Dialogics
2) Customer presses Key for options
3) Dialogixs Opens line to Swicth which then sends the call to...
