Aplogies if its been posted before.
But none of the solutions have worked
IP Office v500
When dialing I have a long delay then it delays again and counts the seconds to 11 then connects the call

Tried lowering delay time in System Telephony
Tried adding short Codes
Tried adding route in ARS

Nothing works
Any help please

is this a new install? if not does it do this on all calls, how is your ars configured? system type and software release?

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

It will be shortcodes and timers, that's what dictates how the system dials out. You say you have tried it and it hasn't worked but you probably didn't have it quite right, detail what codes you tried with what settings etc. Also assuming this is analogue lines....:)

You can't post links to your desktop, you need to add the images/files to a hosting site then post the relevant links :)

Sorry cant seem to load a pic on this

Got it txs Ill have some up in a jiff

I would change dial delay time and count back to default(4 and 0)

Not sure why you have a 9 table in ars
Do people dial 99 for an outside call?

You have also changed default no answer time and ring delay.
I suppose that was for a reason?

Do you have more than one ARS table?
Not clear which table you are using from screen shot.
May be best to set defaults back - reboot - then capture defualt sysmon trace and post the one call.

BTW your screen shot shows that you are using ars table 0 for 9 calls when ARS tables start at 50
Also your 9 ARS should be 9N and not 9.

Third post is a charm:

So I suspect that your programming has left you with a bad short code that dials out to trunks directly instead of using ARS.
You dial 9 and since you capture not other digits in variable N nothing is passed to telco.

So..... set the stuff I mention in system\telephony back to default then build your 9 short code correctly:

9N
N
Dial
ARS form number

Get rid of 9 short code in the ARS form you have pictured.
This one:
9
N
Dial 3k1
0

It will probably work after those changes.

Thanks Guys Ill circle back tomorrow and take a stab it

Indeed, your shortcodes are wrong, should be as follows:

System

9N
Dial
N
50 Main (or your main ARS NOT 0 as you have it)

ARS

11 Dial Emergency 911 Gp 0
911 Dial Emergency 911 Gp 0
0N; Dial3k1 N Gp 0
1N; Dial3k1 N
XXXXXXXXXXN Dial3k1 N Gp0
basically all except the 9 code which isn't needed
