I have a SV8100 where the auto attendant picks up and the user presses 0 but the call is not going to the operator ext 321. 47-13 is defined as Unscreened transfer to 321 on 0.
One odd thing, if a caller presses 4 it comes back as I did not recogonize that command, then plays the greeting...
Not sure if the problem is something inside the BCM, but I cannot connect using Element Manager unless somebody on site reboots the BCM. I can, however, get to the main splash page going to the web page 10.xxx.xxx.xxx. Just thought there was a command using PuTTy to force a remote reboot.
I know with a BCM 400 ver 3.7 or earlier you are able to perform a reboot remotely. Is there any way to reboot a BCM 400 ver 4.0 or 450 remotely if you have access to the main splash page?
I have a weird one. We have a customer with multiple BCMs though out the network at different locations. I can put in the IP address and hit the web splash page but won't connect via element manager. Its not until we reboot the BCM that I can connect, then this will last about a day or so then...

I am trying to get a night ringer going. I though of using a SLI card and program the analog port to ring in night mode but I found

I have a customer that has a MICS 6.1 with a call pilot. Calls come in and table 1 plays a greeting and the caller presses 0 to talk to someone. The call is transferred to a hunt group (broadcast) on 4 phones.
If the call is not answered within 4 rings, we get a "The operator is not available"...

I now have tried 2 hard drives and both have failed. I have a corrupted hard drive in a BCM and replaced the hard drive with one that is imaged to a 4.0. Power down the BCM and installed the new hard drive. System comes back up and works and the Nortel services are up and functioning. All solid...
I can download the database through PCPRO but cannot upload. I get this error when I log in
"the system doesn't have enough license (256 port max port license) to accommodate this PCPro data"
Is there a way to fix this or a temp fix?
