I have two fax servers connected to my CS1000 by DTI/tie lines. I need to be able to identify the originator of the fax calls by Auth code. Does anyone know how to accomplish that?
As I thought. It is a hotel, I told them to check all rooms out and back in to empty the mailboxes. Of course they loose all messages that way. Oh well.
You need to use the COS button to change the CSA to CSI. Normally the attn console does this. But there could be a digital set with a cos button. Is this a hotel? If so, the guest needs to be checked out and back in.

I have a CS1000 and SRG with VOIP phones at both sites. All phones register to the CS1000. I am unclear on the ZESA programming on how to send 911 calls for the SRG site back to the local site and out their own trunks. Any help or clarification on ZESA would be appreciated.
why don't you just make 0 appear as a DN on the phone you want it to ring at?? If you changed the ATDN to something besides 0, you can put 0 on a key on a phone.
