When using a 1165 phone, when you hit the shift to key, to use key 10 to make a call, is there a prompt in the class of service to change so when the call is done, it goes back to the first page ( key 0 ).

The time on my new 7.5 cs1000/cppl system increases by 30 min. each day. We log in to ucm and chg the time and a day later it is 30 min ahead. Any suggestions.

How do you build the tty ports on a cppl card (cs-ss-mgs)card. tty 1 is built as cpsi port 0. when I try to build port 1 as a cpsi it tell me only one port can be built. Any ideas. The front of the card says tty 1 and tty 2. Thanks

I just installed a 201i callpilot (rieninstall) I put image cd 1 in and then 2 and then cd 3. It 100% completed and did it reboot. The machine loaded and end up at the Windows 2003 page and just sit there . Does anybody know why this might be happening. Thanks
