I am having an issue installing cm duplication on acp 130 servers. The port group CM_duplication_link is missing in the esxi. I cant find how this should be configured and I am wondering if it should have come preconfigured? The deployment guide makes it seem like it should already be in place...

Can anyone recommend an ftp server for cs1000 call server backups? I tried using filezilla but the ftp fails to send the backup.

Communication Manager 6.0 using PRI. Inbound calls to a DID receive caller-id including calling party name. However if incoming call on same PRI/trunk group is handled through VDN/vector/auto-attendant the stations display only shows caller-id number but not name.

I have a Panasonic 1232 easa phone system. When you dial 128 it rings 129. These are both analog sets. How do I remove the call forward? I have verified the ports and jacks are connected properly.

thread798-1596015 I have a cs1000e rls 6.0 and the passwords have stopped working for root/nortel/admin. If I sysload the call server the admin password works once. After you log out and try to login again it fails. Any ideas?
