    Communication Manager 6.0 using PRI. Inbound calls to a DID receive caller-id including calling party name. However if incoming call on same PRI/trunk group is handled through VDN/vector/auto-attendant the stations display only shows caller-id number but not name.

    ERR9032 on CS1000E 5.5

    I have a customer with a cs1000e with about 8 pri's. I see lots of these errors during the day. The system has a new deplist and loadware patches. The D-Channels are NI2. I dont know of any user complaints. Seems like the channel briefly goes into lockout and then recovers. Any ideas?
