CS1000 7.5 UCM Element Manager Issues

I am having vaious issues with element manager. The first is when changing a phone it comes back with an ovl428 logi and password is incorrect. If I click save again the change goes through.

A second issue is when changing or adding key on a phone that already has a name I receive an sch2116 which says cpnd name already exists and the change will not complete.

The last issue is sometimes when clicking any item in element manager i receive a web4008 no idle tty port available. I have 3 pty ports built and all are free to be used.

We recently moved ucm funtionality to the system manager but these issues were existing and we hoped by putting the latest patches and service packs it would correct the issues.

EM resides on an hp dl320 g4 signaling server.

There are some VO patches out there for Element Manager. It would be best to open up a case with Avaya and explain your situation. I have had lots of issues with 7.5 EM as well as Corporate Directory.

Thanks for the info. I have a case open with avaya and we tried 2 view only patches so far. Did your issues get resolved?

My Element Manager is fixed now but my Corporate Directory is still broke.

Did Avaya fix it with a patch?

They actually put host entries into the Signal Server so it knew how to get back to System Manager. The VO EM patch didn't seem to help at all.
