It sounds like the software you recieved is SAT which is pc programming of the switch itself, won't do anything for the voicemail. You'll need cosessions software to program the voicemail. It plugs directly into the 9 pin connector on the front of the voicemail.
You can either do a delay ring on the first port of voicemail or you can do a delay DIT to the first port of voicemail. Either way works fine. Most likely your lines are DIT to voicemail right now so the easiest thing to do would be to set up selay DIT.
that means it is broken out further than just "0". You'll have to go with "00" "01" "02" so forth and so on. It may even be broken out further "000" "001" "002
get into moc mode hit f9 enter 10 , hit the spacebar, enter your lens number for the first port in that slot, enter the station number you want assigned to that port and hit either f2 or "." key and the info will be written into memory.
To jsaad: The conference bridge card works pretty well. I've put it in several 192's and ipk's and its easy to install and easy to use. As to the fowarding, yes you can foward to external numbers, but it has to be setup in programming to allow it.
