It appears that our NEAX2000 has either a block or a missing outbound call rule that will allow users to dial an operator with "9+0". I've searched for a service restriction on this type of call, but can't find one. Is there something missing CM08 or CM09 ?
It would be nice if it was that simple! First you need to check cmd 200 to see where "9" takes you then follow LCR programming (if that is where it goes) down the track to cmd 8A4xxx it may never get near 8A410.
Thanks OzzieGeorge, This got me to 8A4005. We checked out CM 8A4005 DE 0 DE and instead of getting a route pattern, I get "Already Assigned" Any thoughts?
that means it is broken out further than just "0". You'll have to go with "00" "01" "02" so forth and so on. It may even be broken out further "000" "001" "002
So if 8A4005>0+ is set that means for 0 only routing you go to CM 8A4010>0>RT pattern. Use the same route pattern that is being used for local calls. This will cure the issue.
Rule of thumb is if 0 is broken out past 1 digit in CM 8A4005, you can route just the digit 0 with CM 8A4010.
You have tenant routing if you are using route pattern 1005.
You may want to confirm that by checking
8A1005>01>XXXX
8A1005>02>XXXX
Where 01, 02 ,03, etc represent the tenant of the station dialing and XXXX = the route pattern. Station tenant is set in CM 1204.
I other words make sure all your tenants have or don't have access to the 0 dialing.
