No this is not part of the programming not sure where this IP address is coming from. I have checked over the programming for anything related to this IP address and found nothing. I will open a ticket with Avaya.

I have found you can't use the GUI until you have logged in via the Manager program and it will ask you to change the passwords then you can use the GUI.

Already restarted the server no change. I can log into the server with Putty and see the interface but can't see it in the webpage to make a change to the IP address.
I am trying to install a new instance of App server R12 and when I go to the webpage :7071 settings/system I see no NIC info for the App server. When I click on the network interface dropdown it does not show eth0 as an option. I know that it was there before as I was about to set up the system...
Looking at this more it seems that for the R12.1 it will be changing as I looked at the R11.1 and the one you showed and both say Gen 1. Sorry for this.

When I am installing the Application server R12 following Avaya's install checklist it says to install it in Hyper-V as a generation 2 but when I do it fails to boot up and I get this message. Anyone else having this issue? I have worked around this by using Gen 1 instead.

Virtual Hyper-V install
It seems that the sshd_config file is missing or is not the default as I only see the lines shown, this is after I tried to add the permission with no luck.
