you should be able to remove the lastest firmware on the phone "if IP" by dialing <mute> 73738#. That will reset the phone to the defaults. If you downloaded the firmware to a FTP server to sink with the phone, remove the firmware off the FTP server before re-setting the phone to the factory...

I think you have the answer to your question. The version could be sooner then 5.2. Also try checking for the updates at Avaya's wep site for your version of IPSoftphone. V11 should be able to work with it. Just check the settings and I wouldn't use roadwarrior either.

never did get it work, so I just gave up on it. lol!! sorry couldn't help. It's a setting in MM we just don't have. I tried to create a COR but it did not work. MM is just a pain sometimes.

Hi all, I am trying to create a mailbox in MM 3.0 and not letting anyone leave a message. To sum it up make it like a announcement. Anyone have an idea what steps I need to take to make this happen. Thanks for your help.

You may have done this, but check the config of the phone in the system to make sure the message key is in the correct location for the phone.
