Do ypu mean clicks heard on this recording? If yes then it sounds like sync slips to me. Does your system properly sync'ed with PRI provider?

Could it be that MLPP parameters configured on the phone? As transfer is supported on 3PCC SIP FW in theory J169 should handle two calls at the same time. So release of 1st call looks like MLPP feature. So I would check: - latest OpenSip FW fot that phone - play with MLPP parameters in a file...

Strange, an active call shouldnt be disconnected in any case. Check SIP traces on the set or on the PBX.

1st solution is as proposed by bengi1234 - you could ask you carrier to block calls from certain numbers. 2nd you configure "CID call routing" - read this chapter in Configuration Manual. It's not straightforward "blacklisting" but does job well.
