    Strange, an active call shouldnt be disconnected in any case. Check SIP traces on the set or on the PBX.

    1st solution is as proposed by bengi1234 - you could ask you carrier to block calls from certain numbers. 2nd you configure "CID call routing" - read this chapter in Configuration Manual. It's not straightforward "blacklisting" but does job well.

    In your trace there is no CONNECT ACKNOWLEDGE sent from SV9100 to the CONNECT sent from SP. So call is released by SP after T313(default 4 seconds) expires.
