OK. That doesn't sound good. I used this procedure for another move and it worked. Don't remember the exact circumstances but it must be different.
OK, so I need the end user to use TN 18 2. When I do PRT for TN 18 2 it spits out:

I'm moving an end users phone from one building to another. I outed his old TN so I can move it to the new TN but it is not working for me. This is the steps I took:
LD 11
REQ: out

TN: 17 14
That finished so then I changed to LD 20.

OK it worked!
I hit #1
then I hit 9 xxx xxxx. It worked. I left the area code out because the cell has a local number, didn't work the other way.
Thanks to everyone! I appreciate all the help.
Now, when the phone gets transferred to the...
I pick up the handset and 1...
-then I've tried hitting 9 and 1 909 xxx xxxx but before I can finish I just get a disconnected tone
-then I hit 9 and dial number without 1 and area code but still get disconnected tone before I can finish.
It shows:
SPRE 1
So it is 1.
Here we have to dial 9 to access an outside line. So do I have to hit 1 and 9 xxx xxx xxx? Will have I have to change the CFW to 12?
Hitting 1 does not seem to work.
How do I get my SRPE code? Acewarlock said to do a DNB 1 but I didn't see anything.
