    ok i have no names in cmd 770 i also have the lic. for IP/ACD but yet i am still locking up during a transfer and or in work mode which is set for 20 sec.any other ideas cause i am hitting a wall with my bald head lol

    Just had an unscheduled system reset when i went and pulled files on fault display it told me the system reset kind was Serious failure 5 anyone ever experienced this before and what is a serious failure 5?
