Thanks bic343 Changed the MSC profile last night and updated with new patches. Everything is working again and we have the proper ring patterns. Lost set programming and some line programming, but all of the system programming stayed as did the voicemail and auto-attendant.

Thanks for the reply. Can you point me to the section where we would load the MSC profile, and if we do a back-up will we be able to restore that back-up with the new profile? If not is there a paper report that will log all programming?

You may also have a bad PRI line - check your error reports for a dropped connection of the PRI itself.
