Call Pilot 150 Reporting for Call Centre

We have a Call Pilot 150 that has been working okay for the last 10 months(other than having to continually reboot in order to have reports show on screen) and since last week has not shown any activity codes.

The activity code is set to prompt on the system, it prompts and takes the activity code, but when you run and activity prompt report there are no calls to report.

All other reports and real-time status works.

Any ideas?

Call Pilot 150 is ver 31.10.14.22
RCC is version 2.2.116
Java is 1.4.0_03
IIS is version 5.1


I have read that the Java version should be 1.4.2 - can we install this newer version of Java without having to re-install the reporting for call center?

Search for all of my posts about RCC and you won't have to keep rebooting the pc to show the reports (its the services that need to be restarted). You should be able to install java 1.4.2 & not have to reinstall RCC.
 
Thanks ptstechnician. We will be on site today and we should have more to report tomorrow.
