hi all, can i manage the ERS 450 using the JDV ??

is there anyway to config the BCM 400 Rls 3.7 to count the calls duration for the outgoing calls after the answer ... because the CDR starts counting befor the answer and that dosent give the real duration for the call ..... the BCM 400 is Rls 3.7 with PRI E1 line
