BCM imaging tool

from where can i get the BCM imaging tool, and do i need anything eles to rest the system (BCM 400 Rls 4.0)

Get it from your Vendor (BIT TOOL) or you can use Ghost. But you need an Image to use it.


Are you trying to reset the system?

yes cuz my client changed the password and i cant get access through the element manager

Nortel can reset the password if you or your vendor open a support case. Reimaging the system is a pretty drastic step when you've got other options available.
