    Thanks. I have tried both dipswitch settings and the only setting that seems to work is Down Down Up. Also, once the first two handsets are up and I try to register the third handset, it comes up and the other two go offline. Possible signal interference? Software level? Can't figure out...

    Yes. I can mix and match ports/extension numbers. I even swapped out the base unit. Could dip switches be set wrong?

    Also, make sure that you make your Control Set change from the actual default Control Set! (Normally 221) I have had this problem in the past...

    Try to call the ata extension number with a butt-set or analog telephone...make sure the analog extensions are working properly first, and if so, then move on to the fax machines. Are your MCK ports dedicated? If so, make sure that they match on each side...
