When going strait to AVST it works just fine , when Session Manager is added to rout the call is when we have a problem Sm trace's say we are not sending the history information ,SM only shows the where the call was made from and not the called to number .

I'm trying to set up Centralized Voice mail through SM to AVST (callXpress) SM trace say's Im not sending the dialed info. so instead of going to the dialed ext. mailbox you get enter password .where would the setting be to send the dialed information .

That should do it ,cant get any easy than that . Thanks

Guy's I got this Phone and am I missing somthing , I can not find where to put the Server IP Address so this phone will register to the IPOffice and I can then add the ext.

Thanks guy's/gal's I was able to change the *17 to dial Extn 2500 before I only had Dial 2500 , also changed the Centralized Voicemail to group Voice Mail Destination Voicemail and now the Message Button will work as I wanted, a Big thanks again .

the centralized voice mail is CallXpress connected via 3rd Party sip trunks works just fine, I can leave a message and and the MWI will light on the phone we have a 9608 set in one location and a 9508 in another , I dial 2500 and get the voice mail when i dial *17 busy when i press the message...

Yes it say not avliable , so can i add the voice mail # to SC *17 and then the message button work as it should also I already added the voice mail number to the SC and I'm sure that will work because it didnt.

I can dial the voice mail and dial an ext. and get forwarded to voice mail leave a message and have the MWI light up also the Message button lights.

Yes when I dial *17 I get a busy , I added the voice mail ext. to *17 and this made no difference .

I have 9.0 ipo with Centralized Voice mail , when I have a message both light's are on the MWI and the message button when I press the message I get a Voice Mail not running display I have it turned on in Feature's do I need to do more than that to have it dial voice mail .

I found it , I need 3rd party Sip Trunks and you cant transfer License from one IPO to another IPO .

I found it , I have avaya Sip end point I need 3rd party sip end points , my next question I have a system not using its 3rd party sip end points can I just remove them from the IPO thats not them and put them on the lab IPO.

Can you guy's tell me the password for registering to the IPO I keep getting Forbiddon? I'm trying register a voicemail server to the IPO 3rd party (callExpress) I have tried craft and the default login password , Help Please.

it appears to have the correct security settings unless there is one that I'm seeing .
