getting Forbiddon when trying to register to the IP Office 500v2

Can you guy's tell me the password for registering to the IPO I keep getting Forbiddon? I'm trying register a voicemail server to the IPO 3rd party (callExpress) I have tried craft and the default login password , Help Please.

I found it , I have avaya Sip end point I need 3rd party sip end points , my next question I have a system not using its 3rd party sip end points can I just remove them from the IPO thats not them and put them on the lab IPO.

I found it , I need 3rd party Sip Trunks and you cant transfer License from one IPO to another IPO .

Nice monologue and it is true, licenses are bound to the dongle/Smartcard/SD Card.
You can swap all the lics from one dongle to a new one but you cannot swap two or more lics from different dongles to one new one.
