How do I know whether I have ACD agent ID or Position ID login? This question came up and I don't know the answer. I know when the agents login they have to enter their login ID. Does this mean we have ACD agent ID login? Sorry Im confuse.

I'll try the MSB. They want to be able to toggle the ringer on and off.

Is there a way to turn off the ringer on the digital sets? Forwarding to voicemail is not an option. I know on the Norstar phones you can assign a DND key to disable the ringing. I saw a feature on the M1 but I believe this is for the console.

When I highlight and print info from Procomm Plus. It prints the text and the color of the highlight. Instead of printing just the text. I hope I'm explaining this well. Not sure if there is a setting I can change.

I got a copy of WINXP in a thumb drive. Copied all the files to a CD. But my system will not see the CD if I boot with the CD in. My old xp cd will work but not the new one. Not sure if it loses some files when you transfer the files from the cd to thumb drive then to cd again.
