Hello, can anyone tell me if its possible to block incoming calls from a particular number or exchange? I have a 61c...I tried to get the CO to block the calls but they tell me its not possible. any insight would be appreciated. thanks

thanks guys, captaingadget, I have the ACDN on the in calls key, but I can't add it as a CDN in Symp because its an ACD not a CDN - the acquire fails. I built this ACD the same as another that is acquired but can't figure out what is missing to acquire it...thanks again.

I am setting up a new app in Symposium but am using the ACD as a backup. I have a similar setup with another backup ACD and noticed it is acquired, so I am looking to make them the same. I think it has to be done in the PBX but am not sure of the load or command. thanks
