Is there a way to do call pickup on out side calls only. I'm using T-1 PRI for phone lines. The problems is when the use the group pickup button it picks up internal calls.
The V 5000 locks up about 2 times a week and phones stop working. IF i go in to netset and tab to it and i can reboot the system. If I move to more than 4 tabs the V5000 locks up and I do a reboot with a serial cableor unplug the system. I not sure what would cause this problem.
I have a merlin messaging 4.0 and I have 2 phantom mail boxes that will not do unified communcation to their emails. The other 30 work just fine. Not sure why these 2 don't work. I renumbered the mail boxes to new numbers and reintalized the mail box and still not working.

The customer has said that he pick up a handset and a squeal comes from the handset. They hang up the phone and pick it back up and the squeal is still there. This is happening to all phones. Customer has to rebot the system and the squeal goes away. This has happened 4 times in the last 6...
Is the redirect in the voice mail or phone system? If its in the voice mail how would I program redirect? I know where it is in the phone system, and I thought redirect in the phone system was for off site forwarding?
