We ordered 10 more Tele worker Licenses
We are waiting to get them installed due to an upgrade to R11
We need a user to be able to receive forwarded calls on their cell phone..... while being part of a HG
We don't have any mobile or extra teleworker licenses ... Just need the ability to use...
I have never setup a time profile before and cannot seem to make sense of it after reading the help files...
how would i go about setting up mobile twinning on a time profile
Is it possible to schedule lets say (Between 8 and 5) call forwarding for cretin users
We would like a users phone to forward to their cell phone during business hours only
Is this possible using standard embedded VM though IPO

Still trying to call out on a seperate did line from the same phone.....Is this possible to do on our current version of IPO using a prefix
Can i call out on a different "separate line" on the same phone using a different prefix using short codes of some sort:
For example:
Dial Prefix 81...
We need to upgrade anyway ...just dreading it because we don't have any back-end vendor support... (Our orig phone vendor says they don't support Avaya anymore) ill be doing this solo.... would you guys have any suggestions on who could assist with updates/configs ect... Like i said im working...
I am still unable to call out from the MADN (Bridged Appearance Button) when the virtual user "extension" is not logged into a physical handset... i get a weird fast flashing (green) appearance button and an odd high pitched tone.
If i log into another handset with the virtual user then all...
So i created a dummy user and created a MADN button on the real phone but when i call the dummy user it goes immediately to VM but ... if I log into a phone with the dummy user then... i can make and receive calls using the MADN Button I have programmed...
Is there a reason why I have to have...
