Dose anyone know what the GK is used for on this phone. Sometimes I get GK unknwn. The only way I can get by this is restarting and entering a callsrv address filesrv address and a router. The DHCP works fine because I have 9640 ip phones working fine on the network.

Has anyone ever had a problem with a MCC ATM connect PN calling a G650 IP connect PN and not having audio.

I did it both ways still nothing. I can pull up the ipoffice manager and get a config but the phone manager never connects
