I have an IP406 and a Voicemail Pro. When I hit the voicemail it plays my menu fine but when I hit 3 to Transfer to a single extension the call drops? Anyone run into this ? I have Menu -> Transfer and Extension in Specific tab in Transfer? Any Ideas?

Make sure the specific field is populated with the extn number and not the name.

Make suer you can dial the extn number internally.

Try adding an announcement into the transfer unit so that when you test you can hear that the call is actually going as far as the transfer.

Try changing the number in the specific field to another extn or even a group number.

I have found restarting the Voicemail Pro service on thse server sometime helps with odd bugs.

Found another 4.0 Bug thank you for replies. I have tried everything and all I had to do was delete the menu, re-create the menu and connect my points. Then all worked fine. Kinda wierd must be some kind of bug. Thank you for all your help.

i have found if build the menu from another pc and not on the vm pro pc it will not work some times.

a nice bug is that if your menu or another thing is moved out of your screen it stops working
so be aware of that and always maximize your screen
