Hello, We have house accounts that staff use for internal dining. They are discounted by 70%. We would like the net price (cost) at (30%) reported without reporting as a discount in the reports. How can we do this? TIA.

I have never seen that "Change Due" is sent to a PMS. Are you referring to gratuity?

I would uninstall micros, match the name of the server to the original server and reinstall micros.

Perhaps the wrong print class is assigned.

Did you license your hosts? Does the new server name match what was in the database? Is this a new database or import? UAC disabled?
