Can't transfer to or call ext 224. Ext 224 can call other exts. The message you get is Calling 224 then Not in Service with a busy signal.
I checked DND, compared set capabilities and change out phone.

all incoming calls are routed to the auto attendant to listen to a recording at which time they can enter the extension they want on wait for the operator to answer. We will changing to a Cisco VoIP System in December.

The other international calls we get don't cause a problem. This caller is a debt collector. He brags about being able to do this and uses foul language.

On incoming calls from outside the system, after a few seconds the calls line button will go out and then come back flashing as if its on hold. The user can reanswer the caller and the caller won't know she was gone they will be talking like the call was never interupted.

Ext.510 is a 4424LD+ w/ 1 DSS and the Display and DSS aint working.
Ext.515 is a 4424LD+ and the display aint working.
I took the phones to ext 522 which has a working 4424LD+ phone and the display worked. I did a system restore and that didnt help.
Do I have 2 bad ports on this Module.
