Thank you for the replies! However we do not wish to have the cell voice mail affected in order to accomplish our desired result. I was thinking that somehow I could manipulate it to where (possibly with SFA) the pbx would revert call back to the original dialed DN mailbox of 8000 in the call...

Is there any way to use SFA to make call go to original mailbox? For instance if I set up DN 8000 to forward to external, either on set or phantom or acd; and if its not answered by external cell then call go to mailbox 8000 on call pilot?

I have a CS1000E and I need to set up an extension that can be forwarded to cell phones, and I typically do this via a 5 digit nonDID phantom; but I need the call to go back to the original DN voice mail on call pilot system and not the cell phone voice mail. Can anyone assist with this?
