Thanks for clearing that up, the customer uses avotus for call accounting. All extension except for the 2250's are accounted for in avotus. I am trying to capture all call made from the operator console. How do I achieve this? I have icdr set to icda in the 2250 setup.

I have cs1000 with avotus billing system. I am have duplicate charges on the reports generated in avotus. I have check the call database in avotus and the calls are ok. once i generate a report the calls some of the calls on the report are duplicated. Any ideas?
