Ok, so I was able to get the new PRI to work both inbound and outbound. I confirmed New carrier is set to NI2 but I changed my card setting to Northern Telecom and inbound and outbound calls are now working. Not sure why but everything is working now and that is all that matters.

In looking at feature codes on the 2000 IPS I noticed in our system that code 70, 71 and 81 have A084 ( OAI Terminal Mode Set Facility (MSF). Is there a reason to have this feaure set for 3 different codes. Do these have anything to do with Zeacom?
