    I know about ACR. I ran a quote and my cost was approx. $6k for the base license for 1-250 Users and call recording for 15 users plus IPOSS. I was wondering if anyone had a good workaround solution.

    Where is Root Certifcate - Root-CA-01234ABC.pem?

    My 46xxsettings reference a Root Certificate: SET TRUSTCERTS "Root-CA-01234ABC.pem" (my filename is different). Where can I find this Root Certificate in the IPO? It's an IPO Preferred Edition on Release 10.1. Thanks in advance for your help.
