We had the exact same problem but with 1608 phones.
It turns out that they slow down the network only when using a VLAN. As soon as we turned it off, the speed was ok.
That was it!
I didnt know, that was required to program the public-unkown-numbering.
After I added a few extensions, the cpn block/unlbock works like a charm!

I can't get the CPN blocking feature working.
My provider said, that he has a lot of customers using a per call calling number blocking, so Im guessing they have CPN features activated.
I tried with programmed buttons, fac, and Per Station CPN blocking, but none of them worked...

Not the Iclid, but the number dialed.
For example, if I have multiple numbers I want to know in the cdr reports, that wich number the customers have dialed, the last three digits.
